These Terms of Service govern your use of reboot-lifestyle.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by REBOOTME (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan, with its registered office at T-87 Mohallah Parachgan, Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 26000, Pakistan. In these terms, "we", "us" and "reboot" mean REBOOTME (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.
Products and information
We describe the reboot R01 as accurately as we can, including its specifications, capacity, battery life and what is included in the box. Product photography is intended to represent the product faithfully, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
The R01 is a personal oral care device. It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for professional dental care or for brushing. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have gum disease, recent dental surgery, implants, or any specific dental condition, speak to your dentist before changing your routine.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
We accept cash on delivery within Pakistan, and card and mobile wallet payments at checkout. Where you choose cash on delivery, payment is due in full to the courier when the parcel is delivered.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where the product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify your details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery is free on every order. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates, but they are estimates rather than guarantees, and delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not within our responsibility. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.
If nobody is available to receive a cash on delivery parcel after reasonable attempts by the courier, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
Returns, faults and warranty
Our returns position and our warranty are set out in our Refund Policy and on our warranty claim page, which form part of these terms.
In short: because the R01 is an oral hygiene product, a unit that has been used cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Faults are different and are covered by the 12-month warranty that comes with every unit.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase from reboot and evidence of the fault, and we arrange and pay for collection once a claim is approved.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to place fraudulent or abusive orders, or to infringe anyone's rights.
Our content
The reboot name and logo, our product photography, illustrations, and the text on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, photograph, video or comment, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to use it on our website, in our marketing and on our social channels. You confirm that it is your own work and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to publish, or remove, anything we consider unlawful, misleading or offensive.
Liability
We stand behind the product and we will put right anything that is our responsibility.
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
This store runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, delivery and analytics. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
