Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally.
What it costs
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for remote areas.
How long it takes
3 to 5 working days to major cities. Smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer.
We work with several courier partners and choose whichever reaches your area fastest, so the courier handling your parcel may vary.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Saturday, ship the same day.
Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from when you place the order.
Tracking
We will send you tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received them within one working day of your order confirmation, email us.
Paying on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier in full when the parcel reaches you. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
If nobody is available to receive a cash on delivery parcel after reasonable attempts by the courier, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
Delays
We aim to meet our delivery estimates but they are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control are not within our responsibility, though we will always help you chase a parcel.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate with the courier.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it.
